User Profile

I grew up most of my youth in a little town called San Antonio, TX. Okay, so it's not so little. In reality it's big. Not as big as some, but big none-the-less. If you happen to be lucky enough to have family or friends there, please take pity on them and go visit the Alamo by yourself when you are in town. It's only a nifty place to experience once or twice in a lifetime -- and twice only if you are a buff of history; beyond two visits you begin to daydream of going to the dentist... anything to avoid it.

I graduated highschool in 94 and started working for a small ISP called "Texas Networking" that December. I did technical support... for OS/2... I was... (cheesy super-hero music should play here -- dun-dun-dun-DUNNNNN) OS2Man. Well hell, it got me the job. I entered the job not knowing a damned thing about networks or the Internet or even UNIX. Within a couple of years I was the lead UNIX Administrator at the company and I now lead both the Administration and Programming team. Somewhere between '94 and '00 I managed to complete my BS in CS and get married.

The joys in my life now include my wife, Kristen, and my two young daughters.
